PERSONAL TRAINING I offer a completely guided step-by-step approach to applying certified and safe training methods to help the individual reach their full, and more importantly, healthy physical potential. These sessions can take place anywhere, from a gym or home to a safe outdoor location of choice. Guided and detailed training programmes, from beginning assessment, functionality to strength and full-body transformations are also available on request.

NUTRITION AND HOLISTIC WELLNESS The philosophy of holistic nutrition is that one’s health is an expression of the complex interplay between the physical and chemical, mental and emotional, as well as spiritual and environmental aspects of one’s life and being. In my guided approach you will see healthy sustainable weight loss, a reduction in cortisol levels, body inflammation and stress and a marked improvement in your cognitive health, motivation and energy levels.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS When looking for a weight loss program, it is wise to look for one that will meet your needs and set you up for long-term success. As a qualified nutritionist, my detailed step-by-step programs are tailor-designed for each individual to help reduce unwanted weight, through a holistic approach, specifically with a balanced nutrition plan and exercise designed to reduce overall BMI (Body Mass Index). I will mentor and work closely with you to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

SUPERHERO ACADEMY This is a new and exciting view on fitness and strength and comprises a fun and intense program designed to achieve the moves, posture, muscle, flexibility, power and confidence of the classic superhero. From beginner movement, taken from parkour, animal movement and gymnastics to advanced fitness seen in combat, bodyweight power moves and acrobatics. Suitable for all ages from 5 years and up. This is a novel way to get kiddies moving like their favourite superhero.

HIP HOP DANCE CLASSES Do you want to relieve tension, loosen up the body and spirit in an upbeat way? As a dancer of 20 years, my Hip Hop dance classes will get you moving like never before and in ways you never thought possible. Apart from having fun, you will gain strength, balance and find those hidden abs, not to mention it will have you coming back for more! Hip Hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to Hip Hop music and includes a wide range of styles.
