

JULIAN JAYE
As an internationally qualified trainer, sports coach, and nutritionist, I started with movement training and exercise very early on in my life, being inspired by superheroes and circus artists. I took up gymnastic training at the age of 10 and Hip Hop and Contemporary dancing at 12 years of age. At 16, after years of training and dancing, I began competing in Hip Hop national circuits, and at 18 entered my first Fitness Model Competition.
From a very young age, I have believed that healthy movement and exercise is the key to a successful and strong life, an ethos that has served me well and which is hugely evident in my achievements in both fields of dancing and fitness, a career spanning 8 years from 2004 through to 2012. I am still a staunch believer and campaigner of this mindset.
I hold many titles from national and international Hip Hop and Show Dance Champion in Germany and America to numerous fitness titles such as Mr SA Fitness 2009, 2010 and 2011 as well as World Fitness Champion 2009 and 2010 in America and Estonia. During my competition years and while studying I worked as a circus artist and professional Hip Hop dancer.
In 2009 I qualified as a Professional Trainer and Coach through the Health and Fitness Professionals Association (HFPA) and AIM International and I have since journeyed through and explored many styles of training and fitness principles, searching for the best possible methods to support not only myself but my clients as well, in longevity and wellness. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in sports-specific training, pilates, yoga, karate, capoeira, taekwondo, parkour and acrobatics.
Throughout my career as a trainer, I have consulted and worked with numerous athletes from tennis players, soccer and rugby players, swimmers, gymnasts, circus artists, competition bodybuilders to fitness athletes. Over and above athletes, I have also assisted many celebrities and children achieve their specific goals in exercise and wellness. I run corporate and group wellness and fitness workshops as well as host and teach dance fitness workshops to all ages. I have a passion for outdoor plyometric and animal movement training workshops.
My personal journey and self-development have seen me become a professional trainer, lifestyle and wellness coach, nutritionist, professional dancer and choreographer, professional cosplayer and model and actor and stunt artist.
I have a genuine love for people and their wellness and my ultimate goal, as a trainer and nutritionist, is to help individuals achieve the perfect balance and approach to their specific lifestyles for healthy muscle, posture, movement and flexibility with an optimistic view on staying young, motivated and healthy from inside out.
